The Richmond RCMP have made a fresh appeal for the public’s help again in finding a missing 34-year-old man.
New photos have been released of Daryl Warcup who had failed to arrive at a planned meeting on the evening of Feb. 14, according to the police. Friends and family have not heard from him since earlier that day and are concerned for his well-being.
Warcup was last seen in the area of Cambie Plaza, near Cambie and No. 5 roads, at 9 a.m. on Feb. 14. He may also have been in the 4600-block of Vanguard Road, near Shell Road and Alderbridge Way, at approximately 12:15 p.m. that afternoon, but this has yet to be confirmed, said the Richmond RCMP in a media release.
He is described as a Caucasian male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and approximately 190 pounds, with short brown hair and green eyes.
Warcup is believed to be wearing a black hoodie-style jacket, converse runners and has a black backpack. There’s no known vehicle associated to him.
Police are also asking anyone who may have been in these two areas to check their dash-cam video which may help locate Warcup.
Anyone with information about Warcup’s whereabouts is asked to contact Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212 quoting file number 2021-4234 or anonymously at 1-800-222-8477.
