Classes were cancelled at Richmond public schools, many private schools and post-secondary institutions on Tuesday as the city has been blanketed by snowfall for multiple days.
That hasn’t stopped Richmondites from getting out and enjoying the snow, however, with many taking the opportunity to get outside with kids or pets.
Some local residents even shared tips on the best toboggan hills on Facebook, with some recommending Terra Nova Park and South Arm Park.
Wait for it...

Others chose to stay indoors and cozy up to enjoy the snow day and the Richmond Public Library has said it has many fun indoor activities at several of its branches.
It's a #snowday! Come in to any RPL branch to escape the cold and snow. If you are looking for something to do with your kids today, there are lots of fun things happening at the different library branches. https://t.co/86GrexyTCK #RichmondBC pic.twitter.com/sznbX3gh9f
