Road closures will be in place tomorrow for a Remembrance Day ceremony at the Cenotaph by Richmond City Hall.
From 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 11, the following roads will be closed:
- Granville Ave. in both directions from Minoru Blvd. to Buswell St.
- No. 3 Rd. in both directions from Park Rd. to Bennett Rd.
The ceremony will start off with a parade at 10:20 a.m., followed by the official ceremony at 10:40 a.m. and two minutes of silence at 11 a.m. A livestream link will also be available on the city's website.
