Richmond United boys return from Kamloops with gold

Richmond United’s U11 boys team won all four games in Kamloops over the long weekend to win the KYSA Slurpee Cup.

The team played two games on the Saturday, with the first victory a 3-2 win over the WYSA Lakers, followed by a 2-0 score over Kamloops Blaze.

They won again, this time 6-1, on the Sunday versus the Quesnel Strikers, before rounding off the tournament with a resounding 4-0 romp over Vernon United.
