Richmond's Moray Swing Bridge has re-opened after it was closed on Sunday early afternoon.
The bridge closure out of Richmond's Sea Island had motorists detouring towards Russ Baker Way and northbound Grant McConachie Way.
Eastbound traffic on the bridge was closed off due to a malfunction, according to a Twitter post.
Southbound traffic on Russ Baker Way was backed up to Miller Road, and eastbound traffic on Miller Road was backed up past Aylmer Road.
There was also heavy traffic on Grant McConachie Way.
Meanwhile, a separate vehicle incident on Templeton Street was causing traffic delays in the southbound direction.
