Motorists travelling westbound into Richmond will need to plan for extra time during the morning rush hour on Wednesday.
According to Twitter posts, a rollover vehicle on Highway 91 westbound, just before No. 6 Road, has the centre lane blocked.
The left lane in the eastbound direction is also blocked as it is occupied by emergency crew that is on scene.
Westbound traffic is currently backed up to Annacis Island and onto the Highway 91 on-ramp from Highway 91A.
Slight delays in the eastbound direction near Knight Street Bridge.
