A lost front wheel from a car is causing traffic delays on Steveston Highway Wednesday morning.
The vehicle is partially blocking the right on-ramp to Highway 99 southbound.
Traffic onto the highway is getting by slowly with eastbound Steveston Highway traffic backed up to Shell Road.
Crews are on the scene.
