An earlier vehicle incident on westbound Highway 91 has been cleared.
Drive BC is reported earlier a sideways truck on Highway 91 caused westbound traffic problems on Tuesday morning.
The truck appearrd to be across several lanes, and traffic was going around it on the right shoulder.
