The Expo and Millennium Lines would have been shut down from Tuesday to Thursday if this deal hadn’t been negotiated.
TransLink had been warning commuters of more congestion on buses and other rapid transit lines if the strike had started.
The transit authority is warning there might be a few delays as the system gets back up and running.
