You know the blanket of fog covering Richmond is bad when Environment Canada warns of “near zero visibility.”
The national environment agency issued the warning Sunday as the dense foggy weather descended upon the Lower Mainland. While it certainly made commuting difficult, it also made for a picturesque scene for local social media photographers.
