Motorists heading to Vancouver from Richmond via the Oak Street Bridge will need to expect delays on Thursday early afternoon.
A collision on the northbound side of the bridge is causing traffic to be backed up, according to a Twitter post.
Northbound traffic is heavy up to the on-ramp from Bridgeport.
