Drivers travelling on Highway 91 westbound on Sunday afternoon should expect delays or find an alternate route.
A car rally is taking place in Metro Vancouver this afternoon and vehicles are occupying the right lane of the highway leading up to Oak Street Bridge, according to a Twitter post.
Many British Columbians have taken to the road to protest in solidarity with Punjabi farmers over agriculture laws in India.
On Saturday evening, many drivers were seen honking and driving along Steveston Highway protesting as well.
Westbound traffic on the highway has lightened up while northbound Oak Street Bridge has traffic backed up to Cambie Road.
