Avoid using Massey Tunnel northbound HOV lane this morning if you can.
A semi-trailer truck has rolled over directly in front of the still-under-construction Cascades Casino and has the lane completely blocked off to traffic.
Delta firefighters and police are on the scene. The accident took place around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Delta Fire was on scene, but have now left the area.
Police are still on scene directing traffic and investigating.
The DPD traffic unit says motorists should expect delays as the HOV lane is closed.
DPD media relations officer Leisa Schaefer says a heavy lifter will be on scene soon to assist in getting the semi-trailer upright and clearing the scene.
