A vehicle accident on Highway 91 heading eastbound after the Highway 99 on-ramp is adding to the afterwork traffic.
The accident has the left lane blocked just after No. 5 Road and the Highway 99 off ramp blocked.
Crews are on scene.
This is the second accident after an earlier crash on Highway 99 was cleared.

A vehicle accident on Highway 99 just past Blundell Road is cleared, however, motorists travelling southbound on Highway 99 should expect on-going delays.
The crash, reported on Twitter at 5:15 p.m., was blocking the left lane with traffic backed up to Highway 91.
On Highway 91, there is a stalled vehicle in the eastbound direction partially blocking the left lane just before No. 7 Road. Traffic backed up to No. 5 Road.
