Motorists travelling through Richmond on Highway 99 should expect delays on Tuesday morning.
A stalled vehicle is blocking the left southbound Highway 99 lane at the Steveston Highway, according to a post on social media platform X.
Meanwhile, an earlier stalled vehicle in the Massey Tunnel has since been cleared.
Southbound traffic on Highway 99 is backed up past Westminster Highway and trickling onto the on-ramp from Highway 91 westbound.
