An earlier vehicle incident on Higwhay 91 has been cleared.
The incident happened on southbound Highway 91 at the Annacis Channel Bridge is blocking the left lane, according to Drive BC.
Eastbound Highway 91 traffic is backed up to Westminster Highway.
