A vehicle incident on Highway 99 is causing traffic for motorists leaving Richmond and heading to Delta during Thursday rush hour.
The southbound Highway 99 incident, just after Blundell Road, is blocking the southbound HOV and bus lane as well as the northbound left lane.
Southbound traffic is backed up onto the westbound Highway 91 off-ramp.
Meanwhile, a second crash is causing delays on northbound Highway 99 at the same spot just south of Blundell Road.
Police are on scene.
