Another video has surfaced on social media of a store worker being verbally abused in Richmond.
This time it appears to be a pet store employee in Terra Nova that’s getting it in the neck from someone refusing to wear a mask.
In the video, filmed by the woman ranting and loaded onto YouTube and Reddit, the customer claims to have proof of being medically exempt from wearing a mask.
However, when she is asked to leave Bosley’s by Pet Valu on Westminster Highway, she launched into a rant about being denied service to buy dog food.
When told by the employee that the store can deny service, the customer appears to produce a “charter of human rights” before labelling the employees “absolutely disgusting.”
As she leaves the store, the customer yells “enjoy your law suit, you guys are disgusting. F*****g Gestapo. You’re a disgusting human being, you pig.”
A statement given to News1130 by Bosley’s referenced their “strict procedures in place to protect everyone during this challenging time. These procedures include wearing masks in all of our stores.
“We have numerous shopping options available, including curbside and call ahead, to accommodate customers who are medically exempt from wearing a mask.”
The irate customer in question appears to be the same woman who filmed herself getting arrested on the Canada Line late last year, also for refusing to wear a mask.
