Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for fraud.

Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for fraud.

In 2003, Richmond RCMP began an investigation into an allegation that 61-year-old James Anthony Lee fraudulently obtained more than $90,000 from his employer.

Lee failed to attend his initial court appearance, but was arrested in February 2006 in Surrey on the related warrant.

Lee was released with another court date, but again failed to show.

As a result, a Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Lee's arrest.

Lee is also known as Anthony Tennyson Champ or Tin Wing Chan.

He's described as an Asian male, 5'9" tall, short grey hair with brown eyes and glasses.
