Richmond's Camryn Rogers has won gold in women's hammer throw at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The victory came merely two days after Rogers set a new record in the qualification round.
Rogers won by throwing 74.08 meters at the finals on Saturday evening, while teammate Jillian Weir took home bronze with a 67.35-meter throw.
"Canada throws is really becoming a force to be reckoned with. It's so exciting to be a part of it," Rogers told Athletics Canada.
