The U18 AAA Richmond Chuckers boys baseball team almost went all the way in the recent provincial championships held in Maple Ridge.
The boys finished in second place after a great final game where they only lost out in the last inning, going down 6-4 to the Prince George Knights.
The team had earlier qualified for the final by beating the first-place North Island Cubs 6-5.
