Richmond United wanted to do something different for a team bonding event and spread a little holiday cheer in their hometown too.
The U13 girls soccer team volunteered at last week’s Church on Five’s Food for Life community dinner. In return, the girls gained an invaluable life experience.
The free weekly community dinner is hosted at the church at No. 5 Road and Steveston Highway, for people in need or those who treasure the time to socialize with others.
