The city is expanding its indoor recreation programs starting next week.
The programs, which will begin Monday, Nov. 23, include arts, indoor sports and music lessons.
Registration for the programs starts Wednesday, Nov. 18 at 10 a.m.
All facilities and programs meet strict public health and safety guidelines, as set out by local and provincial health authorities, according to the City of Richmond.
Activities may also be increased or decreased based on demand and public safety, and masks are mandatory in all city-owned buildings.
Starting Monday, Nov. 23, the following programs will be offered:
- French Fun and Clay Handbuilding for preschoolers
- Soccer Skills, Table Tennis and Violin private lessons for children
- Preteen Hangout, and Floor Hockey and Volleyball Skills for preteens
- Acrylic Painting and singles play Table Tennis, Pickleball and Badminton court bookings for adults
Additional indoor and seasonal programs also include registered fitness centre visits, swimming and skating public sessions.
