Does city have a raccoon plan?

Yes, it is horrific to watch such an incident. And I agree with Mr. Nixon, there has been a change for our local wildlife.

More and more land is built up, not with regular homes, but ones that look like small apartments on single family lots, with concrete gardens. More and more unleashed dogs roam in the few green areas left. The living spaces and food for wildlife is disappearing at a horrifying pace.

Unfortunately, these animals have nowhere to go.

We live on an island.

They cannot move up the mountain or into the forest. Are they excluded in the big plan of sustainability and a green Richmond?
