Dear Editor,
Random thoughts while strolling.
Our Richmond waterfront is a gem, from Garry Point Park all the way to Britannia and beyond, and along the dyke both ways to Terra Nova and No. 5 Road.
The exception is Richmond’s epic fail between No. 1 Road and Phoenix Pond.
Could we consider having the city buy it out and convert it to community space?
Surely our community planners could come up with a better use for that prime location than exists now.
