Dear Editor,
I agree with letter writer Noh Wei about people parking in residential areas for up to eight hours a day, if not longer.
For the past two months Chelmsford Street, just off of Cheviot, has been used as a parking lot for workers from the Rosewood Care Home, a block away.
It's next to impossible to turn on to Chelmsford because cars park so close to the intersection and an accident is sure to happen.
Why is this being allowed on a residential street where local residents cannot get parking if they have visitors?
