Taxation, however, falls within the municipal purview.
Let's have an immediate $1,000 levy per serving of shark fin soup. All fins to be documented as to source and acquisition method. Have your special treat, but be serious about how special it is to you.
No loopholes. If the restaurant serves one teaspoonful (5ml) serving, $1,000 tax levied. Maximum serving size of four ounces (112ml).
Ms. Wong, when you campaign officially, you can pick your target voters, but once elected and on the federal payroll, I'll thank you to cease divisive exclusionism while on my hard-earned tax dollars!
