Soak in dazzling holiday lights in Vancouver on this Christmas karaoke trolley tour

Sing with new and old friends while seeing top attractions in the city.

A very merry trolley will transport revellers to several festive spots around Vancouver leading up to Christmas Day.

Locals who want to belt out beloved holiday classics can enjoy participating in a Vancouver Christmas Karaoke Trolley Tour with the Great Canadian Trolley Co.

The buses are "equipped with a top-notch karaoke system," providing guests with the perfect stage to sing festive tunes such as “Let It Snow," “Jingle Bells,” "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer," and many others. The group will also enjoy playing some trivia.

The two-and-a-half-hour tour starts at Canada Place and passes the Vancouver Christmas Market, where guests can sing together in front of the magical backdrop. The market is lit up for the holidays and features a variety of festive decorations.

Next, the singing crew will experience the magical atmosphere at Stanley Park Bright Nights for about 20 minutes. Passengers can get off the bus and can enjoy snacks and this year's displays. Though the Stanley Park Christmas Train remains closed following a workplace safety incident, guests can still enjoy Bright Nights' twinkling lights and holiday decorations.

Next, the trolley tour goes to English Bay with a stop at the A-maze-ing Laughter statues to enjoy the lights and the view of the water. After this, guests have different stops depending on the itinerary they book.

For the more expensive ticket, the bus travels to the stunning Festival of Lights displays at VanDusen Botanical Garden and guests can enter the grounds and explore. They can sing "Joy to the World" with the group as they admire the festive decorations.

If guests don't visit VanDusen, the bus takes them from Beach Avenue to Burrard Street and past St. Paul's twinkling Lights of Hope holiday display. They make their final stop at the Vancouver Art Gallery to soak in its wintry decorations.

The tour's pickup and drop-off zone is located on the north side of the block of Canada Place Way.
