April 19-21
Easter weekend at the Gulf of Georgia Cannery
Open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., kids can join the Easter salmon scavenger hunt inside the cannery. A new hunt starts every 30 minutes beginning at 11 a.m. Kids will receive their Easter treats at the end of the hunt. Crafts, story-time, games, face-painting and an “upstream obstacle course” will be offered throughout the day. Admission: Children (2-12 years) $4.90, Adults $3.90. Society members: Free
April 20
Easter Egg-stravaganza at Hamilton Community Centre and South Arm Community Centre
Celebrate with an Easter egg hunt, crafts, photo booth, games and a visit with the Easter Bunny between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. at South Arm Community Centre and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Hamilton Community Centre. Parent participation and registration of child required online at www.richmond.ca/register or by calling 604-276-4300. Tickets are $7 at South arm and $10 at Hamilton per child.

Easter Egg-stravaganza at West Richmond Community Centre
From 10 to 11:30 a.m., celebrate with an Easter egg hunt, crafts, photo booth, games and a visit with the Easter Bunny. Parent participation and registration of child required online at www.richmond.ca/register or by calling 604-276-4300. Tickets are $10 per child.
Hippity Hoppity Easter at Aberdeen Centre
From 1 to 5 p.m., participate in fun mini games, face painting, Easter balloon creations and a princess story time. Tickets for activities are free, with a $10 purchase at the mall.
Easter tea at London Heritage Farm
From 12 to 5 p.m., enjoy a fancy Easter tea with Easter egg tarts and a chick cookie served with tea and scones. Kids can enjoy an Easter egg hunt in the heritage gardens. There will also be treat bags and each child can collect one plastic Easter egg. Cost is $15 per person.
