Expect some weather whiplash on April Fool's Day.
Forecast calls for cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers in the early morning, with a mix of sun and clouds to appear near noon. Winds are expected to gust up to 40km/h before lightening up in the afternoon.
A 60-per-cent chance of showers is in the forecast late in the evening and overnight.
Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 10C and a low of 7C in Richmond City Centre, according to Weatherhood.
