Richmondites were surprised by a heavy blanket of snow on Tuesday morning after a record snowfall.
Calling today eventful would be an understatement, as residents in the city had to deal with cancelled flights, delays on Canada Line, and trouble with traffic. Most city services were open, but garbage collection experienced some delays.
