Cloudy skies with a 40 per cent chance are expected in Richmond early morning. A period of showers with winds gusting up to 70km/h is also in the forecast.
Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 9C and a low of 8C in Richmond City Centre, according to Weatherhood.
