Richmond’s Hamilton neighbourhood is going to get a little busy this week.
According to a notice, filming for the Netflix series "The Night Agent" will have the local Esso gas station, on Westminster Highway and Gilley Road, closed from 7 a.m. April 11 to 4 p.m. April 12.
The Night Agent is an action-thriller series that follows Peter Sutherland, a low-ranking FBI agent who works in the basement of the White House, but finds himself at the heart of a conspiracy.
The set-up crew is expected to arrive on Monday to “prepare the exterior” of the gas station and a generator will be placed on the southeast corner gravel patch of Westminster Highway and Gilley Road.
Filming is scheduled for Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“In order to minimize disruption to the neighbourhood, our crew vehicles and larger support vehicles will be parked in private lots,” reads the notice.
This Netflix series began production in B.C. on Feb. 14 and is scheduled until June 8.
