It appears all power outages in Richmond have been fixed and customers have their lights back on.
There were several power outages on Wednesday - first during the day and then more later in the evening - caused by the heavy snowstorm, which affected thousands of customers.
This included the Lynas Lane area that experienced two outages on the same day.
