Those visiting Richmond’s ICBC driver licensing office and four other offices in the Lower Mainland will require appointments starting Nov. 23.

According to the insurance agency, the decision to implement appointment-only visits is to minimize the number of customers waiting for service in person, and to increase the public’s safety during the COVID-19 pandemic.
