A vehicle crash is causing traffic delays in Richmond on Tuesday morning has been cleared.
According to a tweet, the crash at intersection of Francis and No. 2 roads is affecting traffic in all directions.
Northbound traffic on No. 2 Road is backed up past Maple Road while eastbound traffic on Francis Road is backed up to the West Richmond Gospel Hall.
