A crash near Richmond Centre on Sunday morning has been cleared.
According to a Twitter post, an earlier crash on Westminster Highway eastbound at Minoru Boulevard had traffic backed up in the area.
At the same time, the traffic lights were out at the intersection and motorists were reminded to use a four-way stop procedure.
Eastbound Westminster Highway traffic was backed up to Alderbridge Way and westbound traffic was backed up to Buswell Street.
Northbound Minoru Boulevard was backed up just past Gollner Avenue.
