Spring may still be a week away, but Richmond’s weather forecast is promising some warmer temperatures in the week ahead.
While Thursday will still be cool with a chance of rain, temperatures are expected to reach the double digits with a mix of sun and clouds by Friday.
Early next week, temperatures are expected to get as high was 17 C with sunny skies.
