A vehicle incident on Highway 91 Tuesday morning is causing delays for commuters heading into Richmond.
According to Drive BC, a westbound vehicle incident is blocking the left lane at Nelson Road.
While crews are on scene, drivers should expect “major delays” in the area, according to Drive BC.
As of about 9:35 a.m., westbound traffic along Highway 91 is backed up over the Alex Fraser Bridge.
