Richmond motorists travelling east on Westminster Highway should expect delays until tomorrow.
A watermain break at 10140 Westminster Hwy. has the left eastbound lane blocked for about 100 metres between No. 4 and Shell roads, according to the City of Richmond.
The lane is closed from Oct. 23 to 24 for repairs.
