Dear Editor,
On Monday, April 26 while walking north in the laneway from Moncton Street to Chatham, I tripped over a curb, happily landing on some grass.
However, I could not get up! A kind motorist stopped and got out of his vehicle to lift me up. He was wearing a dark mask and left as soon as he saw that I was uninjured. How wonderful that in this day and age a man in a dark mask is a hero. Valour is alive and well in Steveston.
