There are major delays at the George Massey Tunnel and Alex Fraser Bridge facing drivers heading into Richmond Saturday afternoon.
According to Drive BC, a stalled vehicle in Delta between Exit 28 and the George Massey Tunnel has blocked the left lane. Crews are on scene.
As of about 2:50 p.m., traffic is backed up along Highway 99 in Delta to about Highway 17.
The situation isn’t much better over at the Alex Fraser Bridge,
There is major congestion heading northbound over the bridge due to road work lane closures, according to Drive BC.
Northbound traffic out of Delta is backed up along Highway 91 to around Kittson Parkway. There are also delays along Nordel Way and the Highway 91 Connector.
