Good luck if you’re heading into Vancouver from Richmond this morning.
There are massive delays on Highway 99 northbound via the Oak Street Bridge, due to construction on Oak Street at 70th Avenue.
Northbound Oak Street is down to one lane and traffic is backed up on the 99 all the way past Highway 91 and is tailed back well onto Bridgeport Road for the onramp.
Drivers are being advised to use the Knight Street Bridge and Arthur Lang bridges as an alternative.
