A tree across power lines has caused the power to go out for more than 4,000 BC Hydro customers in the north city centre/Blundell area early Monday morning.
The outage is affecting properties between Cooney and Lucerne roads and between Minoru Boulevard and Heather Street.
A crew is on site and it's estimated power will be restored around 11 a.m., according to BC Hydro.
