A motorcycle incident in Richmond is causing a traffic back-up over the No. 2 Road Bridge.
According to a Twitter post, the accident is at No. 2 and Garrison roads, just before Granville Avenue.
Southbound No. 2 Road is down to one lane with traffic backed up over the bridge to Inglis Drive.
Traffic on westbound Westminster Highway turning onto No. 2 Road is also being affected.
Emergency crew is on scene.
