A popular Vancouver supermarket has opened a Richmond location.

88 Supermarket has taken over the former Fabricana location at the corner of Garden City and Leslie roads.

The 19,000-square-foot, one-floor grocery market in Richmond is its third store in the Greater Vancouver area; the other two locations are in South Vancouver.

88 Supermarket opened in 2006 on Victoria Drive and offers both Western and Asian fresh, live seafood and other groceries.

The Richmond location features a dining area called 88 Kitchen with freshly prepared meals. Its menu includes Vietnamese subs, home-cooked dishes and sushi.
