Fun fact about Richmond...
Did you know Richmond has the largest night market in North America?
The Richmond Night Market features more than 100 food stalls serving a variety of dishes, live performances, vendors selling everything from trinkets to other goods and games.
It is deemed North America's largest night market, according to Tourism Richmond.
The market first opened as a weekend market in Continental Centre's parking lot in 2000, then it moved to Lansdowne in 2001 and once again moved in 2003 to a clearing next to River Rock Casino, formerly the BridgePoint market location.
