A missing 60-year-old woman has been found, and is safe and sound, Richmond RCMP said Thursday morning.
Guilan Chen was reported missing Wednesday evening, and had last been seen on Jan. 25.
Mounties thanked the media and public for their assistance.
Original story (Jan. 27, 5:46 p.m.):
Richmond RCMP are asking the public for help in finding a 60-year-old woman.
Police say Guilan Chen was last seen near her home in the 9100 block of No. 5 Road – between Blundell and William roads – at 7 a.m. on Jan. 25.
Chen is described as an Asian female, 5 feet, 5 inches tall, with black hair and black eyes.
“Chen’s family has not heard from her, and they are concerned for her personal safety and well-being,” said Cpl. Ian Henderson with the Richmond RCMP.
