A new exhibit just opened in Richmond, and it’s perfect for Instagram.

The Moon and Back Gallery has launched Metro Vancouver’s first mirror light gallery, letting you step inside the art, which officially opened Tuesday.

During the year-long exhibit, visitors can explore 10 unique rooms, four of which are mirrored infinity rooms filled with different lighting and colours such as pastel hued globes and vibrant red and blue lamps.

Infinity rooms were first designed by Yayoi Kusama to give a feeling of entering more and more cities around the word.

According to Kusama’s website, the mirrored and art-filled room gives people an “out-of-body experience” and that the reflective surfaces create “a participatory experience by casting the visitor as the subject of the work.”
