A man from Burnaby has gone missing after checking out of a Richmond hotel.

Mandeep Singh Dosanjh, 36, last spoke to his family members at around 11 a.m. on April 29.

He is believed to have stayed at a hotel along the 8600 block of Alexandra Road near Kwantlen Street that evening but checked out in the early morning hours, according to Richmond RCMP.

Dosanjh is a South Asian male who is 6 feet tall, weighs approximately 180 lbs and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing all black with white sneakers.

“While Dosanjh does not appear to have any medical conditions for concern, family members are becoming concerned as he is not usually out of contact with family members for this long,” said Cpl. Ian Henderson, Richmond RCMP spokesperson.

Anyone with information on Dosanjh’s whereabouts should contact Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212 or, if they wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or visit them online at www.solvecrime.ca.
